[操作工藝]

漿料+色漿+固色劑,根據(jù)實際情況調(diào)整(Mesh網(wǎng)布80-120目)印花→干燥

有條件：烘干、熱處理(130-150℃,3-5分鐘)效果更好。

[注意事項]每批次貨/每次使用前,必須認真試驗,確認后方可使用。

1)選擇合適的固色劑可以提高印花面的色牢度與摩擦牢度(注意固色劑的時效性) ,避免使用陽離子色漿和助劑。

2)干透后再進行熱處理,可以增加牢度。24-48小時后,方可測試牢度。

【Notes】Each batch of goods/each time of using,must have a careful test and using in a certain way.

1)Choosing suitable curing agent can improve the ability of fastness and friction for the surface of printing(pay attention to the time of curing agent), avoid to use cationic paste and auxiliaries.

2)Making a heat pressure after dry completely,it can increase fastness.And you can make a test for fastness after 24-48hours.
